Fausta Estate Agency was one of the first agencies to set up in the Cavallino Treporti area, later opening its doors to the entire coastline of the Province of Venice, including Jesolo and neighbouring municipalities such as the historic centre of Venice.
Founded in 1976 by the Baita family, it boasts years of experience in the real estate sector
and stands out for the care it takes of its clients.
In addition to the sale and purchase of houses, flats, rustic houses, land and businesses, the company is also involved in the tourist rental business, whose portfolio is expanded year by year with new properties under management.
After many years, today the agency has changed its skin, maintaining a familiar concept of work, but with an innovative point of view.
Traditional work is increasingly being combined with digital tools, to better support clients’ requests and offer a higher quality service.
The team has expanded and the skills have been consolidated over time: the agency now has about 10 people, including staff and collaborators, who operate throughout the coast in different tasks: from buying and selling to tourist rentals.
Riccardo Baita, a professional real estate agent and broker, is now in charge of managing the team and the various activities.
